Open Device Manager - Under Human Interface Devices (or Corsair Bus), locate HID-compliant consumer control device with the location on Corsair composite virtual input device and disable it. Suddenly the game launches fine.

This might cause the media keys/volume wheel to stop working.

When using Link and Oculus Virtual Audio Device the game's audio will stutter and make it very unenjoyable. None of the options in Window's advanced tab are useful. I suspect it's got something to do with it being fixed to 48000 Hz that Oculus Rift CV1 had issues with, or it's related to USB 3.0/repeater cable I'm using.

Solutions:

• Virtual Desktop/Steam VR/Revive: built-in audio works fine.
• Link: Use a different audio device such as speakers or wireless headphones.
